Inspira, formerly Payflex, is the vendor you will submit claims for reimbursement of your medical expenses.
You can pay your insurance premiums like your Medicare supplement, dental or vision plan insurance and then request reimbursement from your RRA or you can set up automatic monthly payments for the year.
You can also request reimbursements for other eligible one-time medical expenses like glasses or medical expenses before deductibles are met.
When requesting a reimbursement, you can submit an eligible claim on the Inspira member website Inspirafinancial.com or you can complete a paper copy of a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)/Retiree Reimbursement Arrangement (RRA) Claim Form (copies are on the website); and mail or Fax it to Inspira.

After opening Inspirafinancial.com, click on Individual and then click on Manage My Benefits Account to log in with your password.
As with PayFlex and WageWorks before them, all reimbursement claims must include proof of payment which includes things like an annual or bi-annual letter from your insurance company of your monthly payments that will be due or if you are requesting reimbursement for Medicare then the annual Medicare letter with the monthly amount when setting up a monthly (recurring) payment. If you are requesting a one-time payment and have paid by a credit card or direct payment out of your bank then you will need to submit the credit card statement or bank statement highlighting the payment.
If you don’t already have an email on file with Inspira (PayFlex), it is a good idea to provide Inspira with an email contact. You may recall that the address to mail claims did change back during the
summer and communication went out to those retirees who had emails on file. All Claim Forms on the website have been updated with the new mailing address. If you, like many of us make multiple
copies of blank claim forms, please toss them or make sure you use the updated mailing address when you are filing claims.
